Welcome to our blog! We are missionaries to Spain who use photography to be a blessing to other missionaries and pastors. Since then, God has truly blessed our hobby and we are enjoying taking pictures even more! Feel free to comment! We love hearing about people and sharing experiences on photography, missions, and God!

My wonderful husband and I

As I said on the other blog, we spent the weekend in Huntsville, AL with my family. We had a Missions Conference in the Spanish ministry and Nate and I had the opportunity to teach the kids! It's so much fun! Nate taught the lessons, I did Bible verses, we sang songs, played games, etc. I love teaching with him, and the kids were so enthusiastic and involved in all the activities! Also it's fun because we always end up making the classes bilingual, hehe
On Sunday, we met a missionary family that is going to Brazil, and it was a blessing to hear them talk about their ministry, their family, etc. They are on deputation, so we were all curious about all those things, since we'll be going on deputation hopefully on a couple of years. It was a blessing to meet them and we learned new ways to reach people with the gospel!
We took a lot of pictures of the church, and the members, etc. We didn't really have much time to do any portrait session, except for Jonathan's, and one picture we took of my cousin Francisco and his wife Rebekah. We'll post it too! They're so fun! I can't wait to take some more pictures of them!
We left from Huntsville last night, and we got home at 1.30 am. So late!!! We said bye to Alberto and Ashley, since we won't be able to see them till December! It was so sad! I'm gonna miss them so much!!!! But in a few years, we all will be in Spain!!!!
About these pictures above... this is the window of the bedroom were we usually stay when we visit my family. I've been seeing this little window for years and I never thought of it as a picture like this! But it just poped in my head the other day! So Sunday morning before church, we set the car in front of the window, Nate adjusted all the camera settings, put the camera on the car's roof and started shooting with the self-timer shooting mode of the camera! It was so fun!!!! I was so excited about them that I had to edit them in the car on our way back to TN, hehe But here they are!!! I'm gonna print some enlargements and hang them on the walls!!!!!!! Yahoooo!!!!!!
In conclusion!!! It was a great weekend! The conference, the people, our friends, and family!!! I love spending time with my aunt and uncle and my cousins there! They make me laugh the whole time!!!!
