Today was one of those days when you don't really have anything to do, but you end up doing a lot! Yeap! We got a lot accomplished today!
Right at 10 we had a very cool photoshoot with somebody I can't mention yet... It's a surprise gift, so I have to wait for a few days :) But we found a new location just 5 minutes away from our house, and let me tell you! I'M GOING BACK! It was so pretty and had so much to work with!
Then I told Nate how much I wanted to visit Home Depot. I don't know why but office supplies fascinate me... Then we got my ring inspection done, bought a slipcover for our laptop, went grocery shopping, and back to the house! So since I am determined to start cooking different meals to have more variety and also to learn to cook better, I looked at a new recipe for Honey Mustard Chicken and tried it out! It was a very easy and simple recipe, but it tasted really good! I'm so proud of myself! And together with our favorite mediterranean salad with olive oil and vinegar, it made a great meal!
So after a busy morning, we just decided to rest a little bit at home (aka Arancha designing new things with Photoshop and Nate studying the Bible), then go on a date (something we still love doing and wish we could do more often) and some starbucks!
By the way, have you noticed our new blog header???? Do you know how long I've been wanting to have one like that? What a blessing! A spent about 4 hours designing it and it's not quite as I want it, but hey! It's a good start!!! I'm truly enjoying all this branding process and I'll be making a few changes and adding some more branding items to our business! :)
For the rest, everything is going great! We are getting close to officially start our wedding season! But before that, we have more engagement and family sessions coming up! So stay tuned!
Oh! And I'm graduating in a week! Wohooooo!!!! This is like the fulfillment of one of the biggest dreams from my childhood!!! It had been my desire since I was little to study at a foreign college, graduating, and learning another language, and... voila!!! And not only that! On the way to fulfilling that dream, I found so many more and biggest blessings and desires! The most important thing I found on the way: my wonderful husband and being able to grow as a Christian :) Nate just makes me the happiest person on earth and God is blessing our lives greatly! Next goal: being missionaries to Spain, something we can't wait for!!!!!
I was going to post a sneak peek of today's session... but again, it's a surprise! I have to hold it in and suffer while doing so!
Have a great weekend!!!
